Personal Training at Sun City
The personal training is set up with me depending on your schedule. I usually suggest doing 3x a week to see good results. My personal training always switches sessions between individualizing muscle groups in legs and upper body. I include HIIT to keep your heart rate up and fat burning.
I send monthly emails with cardio routines and diets to all my clients.
I also do one on one nutrition counseling with you and we go over how u should eat and I do nutrition monitoring for the first week thru picture messages to make sure you’re eating correctly.
I do monthly body measurements as well.
The training is $20 per session and you pay at the beginning of the month for the sessions to hold your spot. 3x a week is $240 a month.
