At Home Mother's Day Plan
I designed this plan to help families who have an older Mother or Grand-Mother who is inactive, over-weight, and having health problems. I designed a plan that will just get them up and moving. No gym or any equipment required. The exercises have detailed explanations, pictures, and are in a large font easy to understand. I personally helped my grandparents with a similar plan and my Granddad lost 38 lbs and my Grandma lost 50! They started tracking their food on MyFitnessPal, walking, and doing simple exercises at home. So for this Mother's Day I wanted to design a plan to give your loved ones the gift of health!
